Apply Online for the Public Housing Waitlists!
Bremerton Housing Authority (BHA) is opening both the 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom Public Housing waitlists on Tuesday, October 25, 2022. BHA is only accepting applications online from 7am to 3pm Pacific Time. Waitlist positions will be first come, first served and based on the time you apply on October 25, 2022.
Anyone interested in renting a subsidized unit in one of the BHA properties located within the Bremerton, WA city limits is encouraged to apply as close to time of opening as possible. Applying for a position on the public housing waitlist will have no effect on your positions on other waitlists. This program is different than Section 8 vouchers. Public housing is only located in a few BHA-owned properties in Bremerton, Washington and is extremely limited.
Applications must be submitted online on October 25, 2022 between 7am and 3pm Pacific through BHA’s RENTCafé website at www.bremertonhousing.org/app-portal.
