In January of 2026, the Bremerton Housing Authority awarded contracts for strategic planning consulting services to ECOnorthwest for $99,892.00.
In September of 2025, the Bremerton Housing Authority awarded contracts to a collective roster of contractors on an “as needed” basis including Beacon Development, Rooney Partners, Community Frameworks, Lotus Development Partners and Praxis Consulting Group.
In July of 2025, the Bremerton Housing Authority awarded contracts for state certified appraisal services to Gill Group Inc. and Doyle Real Estate Advisors.
In May of 2025, the Bremerton Housing Authority awarded a contract for property management services to Martha & Mary Lutheran Services.
In May of 2025, the Bremerton Housing Authority awarded Legal Services contracts to Ballard Spahr, Coats Rose, Foster Garvey, Hawkins Delafield & Wood, Kantor Taylor, Miller Nash, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, Pacifica Law Group, and Reno & Cavanaugh.
