Below are the most commonly used forms. Those that do not provide the option to be submitted online may be downloaded, completed and either:
- Emailed to the Front Desk at Fdadmin@bremertonhousing.org
- Faxed to the Housing Department at 360-616-2927
- Printed, completed and dropped off in our Bremerton Housing Authority office drop box at 345 6th Street, Bremerton, WA 98337
- Printed, completed and mailed to Bremerton Housing Authority, Attn: Housing, 600 Park Avenue, Bremerton, WA 98337
