Below are the most commonly used forms. Completed forms can be turned in in a variety of ways. However, please note that participants are expected to use RENTCafe for these forms when available. If you’re experiencing difficulty accessing your account, assistance is available through our RENTCafe Help Line at 360-473-0338.

• Faxed to the Housing Department at 360-616-2927
• Printed, completed and dropped off in our Bremerton Housing Authority office drop box at 345 6th Street, Bremerton, WA 98337
