Debra graduated from Central Washington University with a Liberal Arts degree, majoring in Social Sciences & Law & Justice. Debra has been with BHA for over 12 years. Debra helps families improve their lives by providing resources and access to job training and education. She has also successfully helped low-income families purchase their own homes by working with community partners and ensuring the family‚Äôs success in each step of the home ownership process. Debra is a team leader that brings a sense of cohesiveness across the broad spectrum of our BHA community goals and practices. Tasha Walton, Community Resource Coordinator (CRC) & Barista Training Coordinator.hanging laternTasha has been with BHA for 8 years and in her current position for the last 3 years. Her focus is helping people learn work and life skills along with creating an enjoyable work environment that trainees can thrive in. Tasha feels the greatest accomplishment of the training program is the diversity of trainees and watching their relationships grow as they learn new skills. lanternCarol Zborowski, Community Resource Coordinator (CRC), Housing Kitsap Family Self Sufficiency (HKFSS) program & Resident Opportunity & Self-Sufficiency (ROSS) Program. Carol graduated from Boise State University with a Liberal Arts degree, majoring in English & Secondary Education. Carol is looking for Housing Kitsap residents who are interested in the Family Self-Sufficiency Program. The FSS program is a great opportunity to learn about training programs and gain support while you improve your life! Carol also coordinates activities on-site at The Summit and other public housing residential locations. Carol sends out the monthly Community Connections Calendar and Newsletter.
