How to Apply for Section 8
BHA Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List: Currently Closed for Applications
Housing Kitsap Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Waiting List: Currently Closed for Applications.
Visit bremertonhousing.org/rentcafe to learn how to register for our new online portal! You will need an account to apply for the waitlists when they are open.
Since BHA does not take Section 8 applications year-round, you can only be added to a waiting list during specified times during the year. Once you are on a waiting list, when vouchers become available, you have the opportunity to be selected and issued a Section 8 voucher.
If you are already on one of our waiting lists, visit https://bremertonhousing.org/index.php/housing/waitlists/search-waitlist to check your status.
We will keep this page updated with the most current information regarding our Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher programs. When the dates for the next waiting list opening have been decided, they will be posted here at least two weeks prior to the opening date.
This notice was last updated on June 15, 2022.
