NOTICE TO RESIDENTS: The Summit Temporary Basement Facility Closure
Effective Dates: April 16 – May 15, 2026
We’re pleased to share that we’re making improvements to our service and management offices! These updates are based on your feedback through the Resident Advisory Board, with a focus on enhancing safety and accessibility.
To complete this work, the Summit basement management office will be closed on 4/16 & 4/17 while staff move to the Community Room on the 4th floor so they can provide onsite service throughout the project.
The Community Connections offices will be temporarily closed; however, phone and email services will still be accessible.
Drop Box/Payment Box
The outdoor parking lot payment box will remain open. The basement drop box will be temporarily unavailable. You may make payments during business hours in person at the 4th floor community room during the construction.
Alternate Drop Box Locations: Please be sure all documents are clearly labeled.
Bremerton Housing has a convenient 24/7 drive-through box located outside the Norm Dicks Bldg. at 345 6th Street, Bremerton, WA 98337. You can also visit the Housing Services Office (HSO) at this same location (2nd Floor) Mon/Tue/Th/Fri from 9 am – 4 pm and on Wednesday’s from 10:30 – 4 pm.
Computer Lab Closure
The computer lab will be closed while construction is underway and will reopen once it’s safe to do so.
Construction Noise Notice
Some intermittent construction noise may occur during this period.
- Work will take place as much as possible between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
- Louder activities are expected to begin after 8:00 a.m.
Thank you for your patience as we work to improve our community. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience these temporary changes may cause. We’ll continue to share updates as they become available.
