The Housing Authority of the City of Bremerton (BHA) invites the Bremerton community to attend public meetings to comment on the 2024 BHA Agency’s Annual Plan.

The programs managed by BHA play an integral part in the economic and social health of the Bremerton community. These programs provide affordable housing for over 2,000 individuals and families. BHA currently employs over 90 community members that bring additional financial resources to the local economy. These plans will act as a guide for BHA’s continued involvement in the community of Bremerton.

The Annual Plan also covers critical elements required by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, including Waitlist policies, capital improvement needs for Public Housing, Section 8 Homeownership, and Project Based Voucher Programs.

Administration Building at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 30, 2024. The Administration Building is located at 600 Park Avenue in Bremerton.

The Summit at Bay Vista at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, May 31, 2024. The Summit is located at 4650 Bay Vista Boulevard in Bremerton.
