General information, processes and information specific to the Section 8 HCV program

BHA Landlord Forms

  • Request for Rent Increase – available both in an online FORM* or printable PDF – for landlords who wish to request a rent increase on a participating tenant receiving Section 8 rental assistance. *If you submit more than 5 in one day, please email landlord@bremertonhousing.org with a list of the tenant names and unit numbers so we can ensure all are accounted for.
  • Direct Deposit (PDF) and W-9 (PDF) – for landlords who wish to sign up for direct deposit payments or change their existing banking information.
  • Landlord/Owner Change (PDF) – for landlords who have a change of ownership, property management, direct deposit, or contact information.

To submit your completed forms, you can:

  • Fax to the Housing Department at 360-616-2927,
  • Scan and email to Fdadmin@bremertonhousing.org
  • Drop off to our Bremerton Housing Authority office during our lobby hours, OR
  • Mail to Bremerton Housing Authority, Attn: Housing, 600 Park Avenue, Bremerton, WA 98337
