BHA-SPECIFIC FORMS
- Request for Rent Increase: available both in an online FORM* or printable PDF – for landlords who wish to request a rent increase on a participating tenant receiving Section 8 rental assistance. *If you submit more than 5 in one day, please email landlord@bremertonhousing.org with a list of the tenant names and unit numbers so we can ensure all are accounted for.
- Direct Deposit (PDF) and W-9 (PDF): for landlords who wish to sign up for direct deposit payments or change their existing banking information
